What We’re Looking For

• A sound academic background with a degree from a recognized university. A Master’s  degree would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sectional Head or Deputy Principal in a reputed international, government, or private school, either in Sri Lanka or overseas.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong decision-making and school management capabilities.
